Useful documents
If you are planning on attending the regatta you may find the following documents useful: shuttle map, shuttle directions, and boat park plan.

School representation
Schools within clubs can row in their school colours at this regatta provided they are entered with a double-digit crew number. These numbers can be used to identify schools in the day sheet:
Auckland Rowing Club (AKLC):
- Sacred Heart College (AKLC 11-19)
- Epsom Girls Grammar (AKLC 21-29)
- Diocesan School for Girls (AKLC 31-39)
North Shore Rowing Club (NSHC):
- Westlake Boys (NSHC 11-19)
- Westlake Girls (NSHC 2129)
- Carmel College (NSHC 31-39)
St Georges Rowing Club (SGEC):
- Macleans College (SGEC 11-19)
- Edgewater College (SGEC 21-29)
- Glendowie College (SGEC 31-39)
- Dilworth (SGEC 41-49)
West End Rowing Club (WESC)
- Baradene College (WESC 11-19)
- St Peters College(WESC 21-29)
- Mt Albert Grammar (WESC 31-39)
- Wentworth College (WESC 41-49)

Tent sites
As you may know, tent sites with good views of the course are limited at Lake Pupuke. We are offering to reserve 4 sites (6m x 8m approx) with unrestricted water views at a cost of $125 plus GST on a first received basis. If you wish to reserve one of these then please indicate so on the entry form and enclose a separate cheque or direct debit. Your cheque/payment will be returned if you are unsuccessful. Other tents can be set up in the boat park area, away from boats and access lanes, and protective of trees and their drip lines.
